At Pop Tops Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our Dublin processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
